Can You Clean Your Makeup Brushes With Micellar Water
Hi everyone! I promise you all are having a proficient week. Today I'1000 going to discuss cleaning makeup brushes. When I realized I needed to clean my brushes, I began to recollect whether I should apply micellar cleansing water or baby shampoo .
I already use infant shampoo as a cleanser for my eyelash extensions, and then I always take it on hand. Call me crazy, but I've never bought an actual brush cleanser because I ever notice things that I already take at home for cleaning my makeup brushes.
And then, because I was debating and then much which to use to make clean my brushes, I decided to exercise a little experiment using the two products as a makeup castor cleanser and write a post about it. I done half of my makeup brushes with baby shampoo, and the other half with micellar cleansing h2o.
Below yous volition find earlier and after photos of some of my makeup brushes after experimenting with both baby shampoo and micellar cleansing h2o as castor cleansers. (If I included photos ofall my makeup brushes, we would be here all mean solar day. 😉)

Micellar Cleansing Water Results:
Baby Shampoo Results:
To exist completely honest, I feel both baby shampoo and micellar cleansing h2o worked not bad at making my makeup brushes look clean, but I did notice some differences when using the two.
The baby shampoo was much quicker and easier to utilise than the micellar cleansing water. I felt that the baby shampoo really got into all nooks and crannies of my makeup brushes.
The micellar cleansing water left somewhat of a greasy residual on my brushes, even after rinsing them out well with warm tap h2o. Information technology also was much harder to getallof the makeup off with the micellar water, because it didn't get into the crevices like the baby shampoo did.
Overall, I would have to say infant shampoo is my go-to for washing my makeup brushes. Cleaning my brushes with baby shampoo was much easier and more thorough than the micellar cleansing water. Also, considering baby shampoo is gentle enough to employ on my eyelash extensions, I imagine information technology is very gentle on the fibers of makeup brushes.
